These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CDL Pro (“App”), provided by Michael Scott. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
CDL Pro is an educational study tool designed to help users prepare for commercial driver’s license related written exams, including CDL General Knowledge, Air Brakes, Combination Vehicles, endorsements, state-specific rules, flashcards, practice tests, explanations, and timed exams.
CDL Pro is provided for study and exam-preparation purposes only. The App is not an official government product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, any state DMV, state licensing agency, testing provider, or commercial driving school.
Questions, explanations, practice exams, flashcards, and other study materials are intended to help you review important CDL concepts, but they are not guaranteed to match the exact questions, wording, format, or requirements used on any official exam.
We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any CDL permit test, endorsement test, state exam, skills test, driving test, licensing process, job requirement, or certification.
The App may include information related to commercial driving rules, safety practices, inspections, endorsements, and regulations. This information is provided for general educational purposes only and should not be treated as legal, professional, regulatory, or safety advice.
You are responsible for following all current federal, state, and local laws, official CDL manuals, employer policies, vehicle requirements, and testing rules that apply to you.
CDL Pro may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, trials, or other premium access options. Subscription availability, pricing, trial periods, renewal terms, and included features may vary by platform, country, offer, or time.
Purchases and subscriptions may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other authorized payment providers. Your payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights may be governed by the terms of the platform where you made the purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the offer will be presented in the App or platform purchase screen. Unless canceled before the trial ends, a trial may convert into a paid subscription according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
We may change, limit, or discontinue free trials, promotions, pricing, or subscription options at any time, subject to applicable platform rules.
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are generally handled by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies. We do not control platform refund decisions.
By using CDL Pro, you agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You are responsible for your own study decisions, test preparation, licensing requirements, and compliance with official CDL rules.

The App, including its design, text, questions, explanations, flashcards, practice tests, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Michael Scott and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal study and exam preparation. You do not receive ownership rights in the App or its content.
We work to keep CDL Pro useful and accurate, but CDL rules, state requirements, testing procedures, and official manuals may change. The App may contain mistakes, outdated information, or differences from your state’s official materials.
You should always review the official CDL manual, DMV or licensing agency materials, and current rules for your state before taking an official exam or operating a commercial motor vehicle.
We may update, modify, add, or remove features, questions, explanations, subscription options, pricing, or content at any time. We may also temporarily or permanently discontinue parts of the App.
The App may store study progress, missed questions, scores, flashcard activity, and other usage data locally on your device or through supported services if sync or account features are enabled.
We are not responsible for lost progress, deleted app data, device issues, account issues, or data loss caused by uninstalling the App, changing devices, platform changes, or technical problems.
The App may rely on third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, hosting providers, or other service providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or premium features if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, attempt to bypass payment systems, or engage in behavior that harms the App or its services.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully accurate, or suitable for your specific licensing needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Scott and CDL Pro are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, failed exams, licensing delays, employment issues, or reliance on App content.
Your use of the App is at your own risk. You are responsible for confirming official CDL requirements and making safe, lawful decisions.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Michael Scott and CDL Pro from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
